We have submitted a planning application for a multi use scheme, consisting of residential and commercial spaces, for our clients in Oxted. Through good design, visualization and collaboration with the Local Planning Authority we have developed a scheme the Council and local businesses are excited to support. The proposals will rejuvenate this part of the town.
The proposals consist of three main brick elevations flanked to the sides with black timber stepped elevations, enabling for the introduction of private terraces to all the residential units.
