This scheme is set at the start of the main high street in Oxted, with its form created through a series of stepping to the elevations. These steps provide both visual softening as well as an opportunity to introduce terraces at each level to the individual apartments.

A mixture of brick and metal cladding splits breaks up the long elevations and allows the building to sit well within the context of the town.
